Offers will be opened the next day at the university-s headquarters, and each offer will be submitted separately. - The final insurance is 10% of the referral value. - The late fine is 0.001 one per thousand for each day of delay. - Affixing a legal stamp to the application The subscription is a new 1000 SYP to be paid at the Finance Directorate. - The duration of the bidder-s commitment to his offer is 90 days from the date of opening the bids - The offers are submitted, accompanied by the identification documents, initial insurance, and the technical and financial offer, to the university president-s office. - The provisions of Law No. 51 of the year apply to the advertisement 2004 AD and its amendments, the book of general conditions issued by Decree No. 450 of 2004 AD, and the book of special technical, legal and financial conditions. Anyone who wishes to participate must visit the Contracts Department to review the conditions books and obtain them in exchange for paying a sum /1000/ new SYP for each offer paid in The Directorate of Finance rejects every offer that is not accompanied by a notification of the value of the file.
