Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of 24-hour physical protection services for persons and property in a facility managed by the State Archives in Wroclaw, located at ul. Pomorska 2 in Wroclaw, hereinafter referred to as the Archive. This facility is subject to compulsory use protection in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 22 August 1997 on the protection of persons and property.2. The subject of the order will be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Act of August 22, 1997 on the protection of persons and property (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 532). Text the uniform text of the Act in question was announced by the announcement of the Speaker of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland of March 24, 2025 on the announcement of the uniform text of the Act on the protection of persons and property.3. Physical security services will be provided in the utility building public, owned by the State Treasury. The facility employs 66 employees and approximately 6-10 external users use the reading room daily. The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the Odra River embankment and the Pomeranian Bridges.
