Expression of Interest are invited for Provide Support Services for Vanuatu National Provident Fund Members- and Employers- System (V-MECS).
The Support Service Agreement covers 24 hours 7 days a week and will encompass but not restricted to the following key areas:
1. Programming services to fix and resolve issues
2. Ad-hoc reporting requirements.
3. Provide programming and Functional Training sessions.
4. Application compatibility with existing infrastructures.
5. Internal Capacity Building & Training the ICT team.
6. Meeting with VNPF stakeholders / Management.
7. Enhancement of current System.
8. Scoping of the existing Systems to attain optimum performance level.
All applicants must also demonstrate strong experience and overall understanding of the following:
1. Programming language - c-sharp.
2. Object oriented Programming concepts.
3. Dot Net Framework.
4. WCF Service.
5. Web API.
6. Angular 8.
7. Visual Studio and Visual Studio code.
8. 5 Years or more experience
