The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit on April 22, 2026, at 12 p.m. at U.S. Embassy, Gate # ‘7-, Nyay Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi - 110021, India. Prospective offerors who desire to participate in the site visit should send their interest at [email protected] no later than 3 p.m. April 20, 2026.
All requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via E-mail at [email protected] on or before 3 p.m. April 20, 2026. Responses shall be provided to all contractors who showed their interest in doing business with USG. No questions shall be answered, received after 3 p.m. April 20, 2026.
Quotations are due by/before 5 p.m. (India Time) of May 1, 2026. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to [email protected] with the subject line “Solicitation No. 191N6526Q0041 for IRMA Type Roof Replacement System at CMR”. The file size must not exceed 10MB. If the file size exceeds 10MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 10MB each.
No quotations shall be accepted received after 5 p.m. (India Time) of May 1, 2026. Quotations must be in English. Incomplete quotations will not be accepted. Quotation submitted to any other e-mail ID other than [email protected] shall be rejected and dealt in accordance with FAR provision 52.215-1.
