Enclosed is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for providing the services for Elastomeric Coating on CMR Roof. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section-J of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address provided in para 4 below.
All requests for clarification/questions must be submitted in writing in the attached Q&A sheet via e-mail at [email protected] on or before 5 p.m. June 6, 2026. Responses shall be provided to all contractors who showed their interest in doing business with USG. No questions shall be answered, received after 5 p.m. June 6, 2026.
Quotations are due by/before 5 p.m. (India Time) of June 12, 2026. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to [email protected] with the subject line “Solicitation No. 191N6526Q0062 for Elastomeric Coating on CMR Roof”. The file size must not exceed 10MB. If the file size exceeds 10MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 10MB each.
No quotations shall be accepted received after 5 p.m. (India Time) of June 12, 2026. Quotations must be in English. Incomplete quotations will not be accepted. Quotation submitted to any other e-mail ID other than [email protected] shall be rejected and dealt in accordance with FAR provision 52.215-1.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
