Tenders are invited for Provide Safari Jeep Service at Ridiyagama Safari Park, Ambalanthota 2022/2024
Type of service: Safari Jeep Service of Ridiyagama Safari Park by using 06 front faced seated modified single cabs.
No. of Jeeps Required: 06 Jeeps for each month of the year
Bid Security Required (Rs.): 10, 000
3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding.
4. Passengers should be charged on per trip basis by the service provider for the service provided and amount from a ticket price should be paid to the Department of National Zoological Gardens. The service provider will be granted to access the Safari Park, Ruhunu Ridiyagama. Ambalantota to provide the service in accordance with the given standard & instructions. The bidder should have one year similar experience and proven financial capacity to maintain the service by providing all safari jeeps specially fabricated for this purpose with drivers and fuel.
5. The contract will be awarded to the substantially responsive highest bidder.
6. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Chief Accountant, Department of National Zoological Gardens, Anagarika Dharmapala Mawatha, Dehiwala Tel - Oil 2896779, e mail address- [email protected] and inspect the Bidding Documents free of charge at the address given below on working days from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. from 06th July 2022 to 26th July 2022.
7. A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address given below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rupees Two Thousand ( Rs. 2, 000/-)- The method of payment will be in cash.
8. The bid should be accompanied by a bid security valued Rs. 10, 000/- issued by a commercial bank registered under the Central Bank of Sri Lanka and valid up to 22nd November 2022 or deposited in favour of the National Zoological Gardens Director General at the Head office Shroff.
9. Bids must be sealed and either be sent by registered post to the address below or deposited in the Tender box placed in the same office at or before 2.00 p.m. on 27th July 2022. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 2.00 p.m. on 27th July 2022 immediately after the bid closing. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Security.
10. The decision of the Department Procurement Committee shall be the final.
