Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Provide Entrepreneurship Training Services

1 Deliver Technical Training sessions as per the
details below:
• Duration of session: Each training
session will last for 3 hours.
• Frequency of sessions: Sessions will be
held 4 days per week.
• Duration of Training: The training will
span 8 weeks.
• Number of Sessions per Group: Each
group will have 26 sessions.
• Number of Groups: There will be a total
of nine groups, each group has 25
participants in average.
• Venue: Training will be conducted
simultaneously in 9 venues, 3 in Kirkuk
and 6 in Hawija.

2 Each trainer will deliver coaching sessions to
the same 25 participants passed the technical
training as per the details below:
• Frequency of coaching:
o One phone call to each participant
every month within W1 of the month.
o One site visit to each participant's
business location in Kirkuk city and
Hawija district every month within W2
& W3 of the month.
o One Group Coaching Session for each
training group once a month within
W4 of the month.
• Coaching Period: 4 months.
• Number of Groups: There will be a total
of nine groups, each group has 25
participants in average.
• Number of participants for each
trainer: Each trainer to be responsible to
provide coaching support to 25
participants.
• Venue:
o Phone calls: Remotely
o Site visit: in person
o Group coaching: in CRS venues in
Kirkuk and Hawija.
