Tenders Are Invited For The Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development is pleased to invite you to participate in the practice of providing consulting services in the strategic planning of the government communication department according to the technical specifications attached in the annexes. The tender submitted for the practice must be valid for (90 days) ninety days from the date specified for opening tenders.
