Tenders Are Invited For The Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development invites specialized companies / advisory institutions in the UAE to participate in the practice of providing consulting services in: Developing and implementing the Human Resources Management Plan and the implementation of the Human Resources Development Plan. Taking into account the following conditions: - Registration of companies in the system of suppliers register and updating tax data in the financial systemFederal Ministry of Finance and the submission of quotation on the electronic procurement system is mandatory for the acceptance of your bids, so that we can take the procedures of purchase and contract later with the company that won the tender. - The provisions of Council of Ministers Decision No. (32) of 2014 regarding the Procurement and Warehouse Management Regulations of the Federal Government and its annexes shall be taken into consideration. Companies shall, upon registration of the tender, certify that they have been consulted, The laws of the Ministry - the need to submit technical and financial offers in the form of two separate electronic files and two electronic procurement system. - The value of the VAT should be separated from the value of the project in the offered price offer. - The offer must be valid for ninety days (90 days) from the date set for opening the practice. - Initial insurance (initial bank guarantee) (1, 000, 000)Issued by an order of the Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development from one of the banks operating in the country. The value of the insurance shall be determined at least 5% of the estimated value of the tender and not less than 90 days.
