Request for proposals are invited for Provide Canteen Concessionaire Services
For tenders to be eligible, the following documents must be included:
• A copy of valid Health Certificate
• A copy of valid Tax Compliance Letter (TCL)
• A copy of Public Procurement Commission (PPC) registration certificate -under the category of "Catering Services". For more information see: http://www.ocg.gov.jm
• The proprietor's/operator's valid Food Handler's Permit
Failure to provide ALL of the above shall result in the rejection of the tender.
Bidding documents and additional copies may be purchased at the Finance and Accounts Section of the Management Institute for National Development (MIND)
located at 235A Old Hope Road, Kingston 6, for a non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Jamaican Dollars ($2, 000.00).
Bidding documents will become available on Thursday, June 24, 2021 between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on weekdays.
Site visits and Рге-Bid Meeting will be on Thursday, July 1, 2021 between 2:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Bids shall be valid for a period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) days after the bid closing date. Bids must be delivered and placed in the Tender Box located in the Reception Area at the Management Institute for National Development (MIND), 235A Old Hope Road, Kingston 6, on or before 2:00 p.m. Thursday, July 15, 2021. Tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend at 2:15 p.m. Thursday, July 15, 2021.
