Tender Details

Tenders are invited for To Provide 24-Hour Security Services (Armed and Unarmed Guards) for a Period of Eight (B) Months at the Village of Col Beck Castle Housing Development. Phases 1 and 2, St Catherine the Successful Security Firm will be Required to:
• Provide 24-Hour Security Services, 7 Days Per Week.
• Secure the Entire Property and All its Contents, by Patrolling the Grounds and Ensuring that No Part of the Housing Units (Fixtures or Fittings) are Removed from the Property without the Nht's Authorization.
• Ensure that Access to the Development is Restricted to Persons, Vehicles, and Equipment Duly Authorized by the Nht by:
» Checking and Logging All Vehicular And Pedestrian Access,
* Conducting Security Checks for Visitors Entering and Leaving the Compound, and;
» Maintaining Security Presence at The Entrance to the Property
