Protective gloves against cytostatics Anti-cytostatic protective gown Protective pad Based on a framework agreement, Protective equipment for working with cytostatics for the Pharmaceutical Organization Institute of the Semmelweis University University Pharmacy, in 3 parts. The Kbt. On the basis of § 105, paragraph (2), point a), it is aimed at concluding several framework agreements with Bidders. The tenderer shall conclude the framework agreement with a maximum of 3 (three) tenderers who submitted the most favorable tenders. Requester for the lowest price sends a direct order to the recommending Bidder. If the tenderer is unable to fulfill the given order - based on his feedback - due to lack of stock or other reasons, the contracting authority will invite the next tenderer in order to fulfill it. If a valid offer is submitted in the procedure for concluding the framework agreement, then the framework agreement is Based on paragraph (1) of § 105, a contract is made with one tenderer, and for direct orders, Kbt. Section 105, paragraph (1). is carried out according to point a). The framework agreements are concluded until the framework amount for each part is exhausted or for a fixed period of 24 months.
