The subject of the order is the transfer service protection service at ul. Veterans in Czeladź. The subject of the contract is the service of physical supervision and security of the Station, including carrying out preventive and intervention activities aimed at preventing theft and destruction of property. The service includes security and care the boundaries of the area marked in Appendix No. 1 to the agreement, in particular the Railway Station building and the rooms inside the building along with their equipment marked in Appendix No. 2 to the agreement, and devices located outside the Station building, i.e. ticket machine (machine used for self-purchasing tickets), electronic board of the dynamic passenger information system and garbage shelter. The Contractor is obliged to provide physical protection of the Ordering Party's property located in the indicated building, its rooms and items located therein, as well as the people staying there, by preventing the devastation or taking of property and possibly removing from the premises or capturing and handing over to law enforcement authorities persons disturbing law and order.
