Tender Details

Protection of persons and property and security of artistic events. In the scope of 24-hour protection of persons and property, the Contractor will provide a service consisting in providing direct, permanent physical protection and providing fire protection services, including in order to prevent the occurrence of crimes or offenses against persons or property and to protect against the effects of other, unforeseen events that may constitute a threat to persons and property. provision of a service consisting in the protection of events (Ordering Party in SWZ uses the term Event or Event interchangeably) of artistic and cultural events taking place at the Ordering Party's Facility or in an external area belonging to the Ordering Party, including securing the external area, securing the parking lot and securing medical and fire protection during Events. The Ordering Party declares that it is a Cultural Institution within the meaning of the Act of October 25, 1991 on organizing and conducting cultural activities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2026, item 457).
