Tender Details

1. The subject of the order are construction works for the investment project entitled: Protection of the roof of the unfinished kitchen building, together with sheet metal work, in accordance with the recommendations of the developed technical expertise2. A detailed description of the subject of the order specifies design documentation - constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. 3. The conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order were also included in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. 4. The order is co-financed from the Voivodeship budget Wielkopolska under DZ-IV-A/138/W/2025 of November 12, 2025. Before preparing and submitting the offer, the contractor is recommended to visit the site of the future place of execution of the subject of the order. An on-site visit will enable Contractors to obtain useful information to prepare an offer, including reviewing the technical condition of the existing facility/rooms. An on-site visit is not obligatory, but recommended due to the specificity of the subject of the order. The Ordering Party does not anticipate checking by Contractors documents referred to in Art. 131 section 2 of the Pzp. The local inspection will be carried out on July 1, 2026. - Meeting at 10:00...
