Description : Prospective bidders should have experience in understanding similar single project within the last
two (2) years with the amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The eligibility check/screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post qualification of the lowest calculated responsive bid shall be conducted.
All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement & Screening, Bid Security, and Performance Security, Pre-bidding Conference/s, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification, Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its IRR.
Bid Documents will be available at the Sangguniang Barangay of Mapulang Lupa, Valenzuela City, to bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount of PHP 500.00 (inclusive of eligibility documents) to the Brgy. Treasurer of the Pamahalaang Barangay ng Mapulang Lupa and may be downloaded at the PHIL-GEPS website.
