Proposed Window Replacement from Jalousie to Sliding Window at the UPOU TLH Building
1) In view of two (2) failed biddings, the UP Open University invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers to participate in the Negotiated Procurement for Proposed Window Replacement from Jalousie to Sliding Window at the UPOU TLH Building in accordance with Section 35.1 (Two Failed Biddings) as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009 or The New Government Procurement Act.
2) The UP Open University (UPOU), through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) RFR intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-Nine Pesos and Forty Centavos (₱1, 748, 579.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Proposed Window Replacement from Jalousie to Sliding Window at the UPOU TLH Building.
