Description : Invitation to Bid for Proposed Window Replacement from Jalousie to Sliding Window at the UPOU TLH Building
1) The UP Open University (UPOU), through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) RFR intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-Nine Pesos and Forty Centavos (₱1, 748, 579.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Proposed Window Replacement from Jalousie to Sliding Window at the UPOU TLH Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The UP Open University (UPOU) now invites bids for the above procurement project. The award shall be given to the bidder with the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) following the procedures under Sections 61 and 63 of the same IRR. Completion of the Works is required for sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
