1) The Municipal Government of Naic through the 2026-20% ANNUAL DEV'T. FUND intends to apply the sum of NINE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVEN PESOS AND 30/100. (Php 9, 999, 907.30) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for PROPOSED SITE DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC CEMETERY (PHASE 2) AT BRGY. CALUBCOB, NAIC, CAVITE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Naic now invites bids for PROPOSED SITE DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC CEMETERY (PHASE 2) T BRGY. CALUBCOB, NAIC, CAVITE. Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Thirty Eight (138) days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
