Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROPOSED ROOFTOP COVER OF JAEN WATER DISTRICT BUILDING
1)The Jaen Water District, through its Internal Cash Generation for Calendar Year 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P 2, 995, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Proposed Rooftop Cover of Jaen Water District Building with PR Number 2026-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Jaen Water District now invites bids for the Proposed Rooftop Cover of Jaen Water District Building. Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
