Abstract: The WorksThe nature of the project is: Repairs & Alterations at Bethlehem Congregational Chapel, a Grade II Listed Building.• Relocation of the existing pews, repairs and alterations to re-site within chapel.• Repair/replacement of the existing timber flooring in the chapel.• Repairs of existing sub-floor supporting members - timber, brick or otherwise.• Repairs of other timber panelling/components at the direction of the CA.• Sterilisation of all underfloor areas against dry/wet rots.• Construction of additional sub-floor ventilation.• Timber treatment.• Ceiling repairs/replacement.• New boiler installation and pipe work to new radiators (Contractors Design Element).• Form new disabled toilet complete.• New internal entrance doors to lobby.• Replace internal render/plaster to walls with NHL plaster system.• Replacement windows.• Mechanical and electrical installations (Contractors Design Element).• Joinery Repairs.• Internal and External Decoration.• New roof covering and rainwater goods.• Drainage repairs.• Annexe - structural repairs to walls.• External render removal and replacement with NHL render system.
