1. The City Government of Tacloban, through the Trust Fund NHA-Yolanda Permanent Housing Program intends to apply the sum of Php 8, 365, 113.87 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROPOSED REPAIR OF HOUSING UNITS AND DRAINAGE/FLOOD CONTROL PROJECT AT GREENDALE RESIDENCES, BRGY. 105 SUHI, TACLOBAN CITY/POW #019-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
