Proposed Repair of Apron at Port of Jordan
1. The Philippine Ports Authority, PMO-Panay/Guimaras, through the PPA Corporate Fund (R/M 2017) intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Forty-Six Thousand, Seven Hundred Ninety- Three Pesos and 85/100 (P 1, 146, 793.85) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for -œRepair of Port Roads and Pavement (Northern Side) Baseport, ICPC- (A170010)- Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Philippine Ports Authority, PMO-Panay/Guimaras now invites bids for
-c Breaking/Removal and Disposal of Existing PCCP
-c Excavation and Disposal of Existing Base Course.
-c Sub-grade Preparation
-c Supply and place PCCP including steel dowels.
2. Completion of the Works is required 45 Calendar Days from the effective date of the contract
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders starting October 9, 2017 from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Five Thousand Pesos (P5, 000.00) VAT Exclusive.
6. The Philippine Ports Authority, PMO-Panay/Guimaras will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on October 16, 2017, 10:00 A.M at the PPA Conference Room, 2nd Floor, Admin. Bldg., ICPC, Iloilo City which shall be open to prospective bidders.
7. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on or before October 30, 2017 at 8:30 A.M at the PPA Conference Room, 2nd Floor, Admin. Bldg., ICPC, Iloilo City. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.
