1. The City Government of Sorsogon, through the General Fund - CEO intends to apply

the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred NinetyEight & 80/100 Pesos ( ₱ 3, 459, 698.80) Only being the total Approved Budget for the

Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROPOSED REHABILITATION /

UPGRADING OF PRIMARY AND SECONDARY DISTRIBUTION LINE AT CITY

EMPLOYEES HOUSING PROJECT (CEHP) @ CABID-AN, EAST DISTRICT under

Project Reference No. CW 2024-04-003 . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be

automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Sorsogon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.

Completion of the Works is required with in 90 working days . Bidders should have

completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is
