Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROPOSED PURCHASE OF SCHOOL SUPPLIES AND SNACKS
1. The SK Barangay Ayala Alabang, through its 2026 continuing appropriation Budget, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (P 150, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of School Supplies and Snacks. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The SK Barangay Ayala Alabang now invites bids for the Proposed Purchase of School Supplies and Snacks. Service duration is required within (7) calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within (7) calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
