1) The BASILAN MEDICAL CENTER, through the GAA/TF 2026 intends to apply the sum of FOURTEEN MILLION NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR PESOS (Php 14, 975, 874.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROPOSED PROCUREMENT OF JANITORIAL SERVICES UNDER IB# 2025-03-0201. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The BASILAN MEDICAL CENTER now invites bids for PROPOSED PROCUREMENT OF JANITORIAL SERVICES using the using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion. Delivery of the Goods is required three hundred sixty-five calendar days (365cd). Bidders should have completed, at least two years (2 years) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
