1. The Local Government Unit of PROPOSED PERIMETER FENCE AT LUKA, OSLOB, CEBU through the General Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP 255, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROPOSED PERIMETER FENCE AT LUKA, OSLOB, CEBU.
with Advertisement Number ITB NO. LUK01-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government of PROPOSED PERIMETER FENCE AT LUKA, OSLOB, CEBU now invites bids for the above-mentioned Procurement/Project, Completion of the Works is required within fifteen days (30) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
