University college cork intends to install a new access lift for the proposed new autism friendly space in the old college bar. The autism friendly space will be located in the first floor of the existing building . the proposed refurbishment works are due to take place during the summer months when the college is quieter. The works to include but are not limited to the following: supply, install and commission a new access lift as per the attached specifications and drawings lift installer / manufacturer to specify any builders work which is required liaise with the main contractor and agree sequence for delivery, installation and commissioning. Provide all associated handover documents and commissioning certs on completion
