Description : Invitation to Bid for the Proposed Land Development at NIA Regional Office V
1. The National Irrigation Administration RO V, Naga City, through the GAA/Capital Outlay CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of P 1, 731, 748.23 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Proposed Land Development at NIA Regional Office V with Contract Reference No. CO-RO-042-26. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The National Irrigation Administration RO V, Naga City now invites bids for the Proposed Land Development at NIA Regional Office V. Completion of the Works is required one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
