1) The Local Government Unit of Guiuan, Eastern Samar, through 20% Development Fund for F.Y. 2026 to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Proposed Installation of Solar Street Lights at Barangay 11, Guiuan, Eastern Samar, INFRA 2026-05-05. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Guiuan, Eastern Samar now invites bids for Proposed Installation of Solar Street Lights at Barangay 11, Guiuan, Eastern Samar and other scope of works to be done Completion of the Works is required 26 calendar days.
