1)The Municipality of Valladolid through the National Government intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million Nine Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-One Pesos & 26/100 (P20, 974, 251.26) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Proposed Construction of Two (2) Storey-Six (6) Classroom School Building-Modified Standard DPWH-DEPED Design at Valladolid National High School at Brgy. Palaka, Valladolid, Negros Occidental (Contract No. MOV-I-00011-2026). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
