1) The City Government of San Pablo, through the Annual Budget CY 2026 approved by the Sanggunian Panglunsod through an Appropriation Ordinance - Special Education Fund intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Pesos only (Php12, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Proposed Construction of Two (2) Storey, Four (4) Classroom Building at Sto. Niño Elementary School (Subac) at Brgy. Sto. Niño, San Pablo City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
