Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Guiuan, Eastern Samar now invites bids for Proposed Construction of Multi-Purpose Hall at Barangay 04, Guiuan, Eastern Samar and other scope of works to be done Completion of the Works is required 90 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
