The Municipal Government of Concepcion, through LGSF-FALGU intends to apply the sum of P 3, 787, 513.58 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 2026-03-08-INFRA-PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING (MPB) PROJECTS TO BE USED AS CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTERS OR “BULILIT CENTER” (COMPLETE WITH FACILITIES). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Concepcion now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 150 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
