1.The Municipal Government of Sta. Margarita, Samar, through the 2026 - 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos Only (Php2, 000, 000.00) for the Proposed Construction of Multi-Purposed Building, Barangay Canipulan, Sta. Margarita, Samar, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Proposed Construction of Multi-Purpose Building, Barangay Canipulan, Sta. Margarita Samar, LGUSM2026-300-032. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Municipal Government of Sta. Margarita, Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for 82 days.
