PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION/IMPROVEMENT OF GUIUAN MUNICIPAL WHARF,
GUIUAN, EASTERN SAMAR
1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF GUIUAN, through the 20% Development Fund for F.Y. 2024 Continuing intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos Only (Php 2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Proposed Construction/Improvement of Guiuan Municipal Wharf, Guiuan, Eastern Samar 2025-07-05.Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF GUIUAN now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 30 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
