A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE ExECUTIVE OFFICER, DR. PRECILA C. DELIMA, TO APPROVE THE RELEASE OT TWO HUNDRED FORTY ONE THOUSAND SIx HUNDRED TWENTY PESOS AND NINETY EIGHT CENTAVOS (241, 620.98) ONLY FROM SSC/SBO CAPITAL OUTLAY AND SDF 70% CAPITAL OUTLAY TO FINANCE TO FINANCE THE CONSTRUCTION OF COMFORT ROOM AT AGRICULTURE DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, that the Supreme Student Council is partner of the University in Putting projects that directly benefits the students;
WHEREAS, the officers of Supreme Student Council of Isabela State University- Cauayan City Campus willingly serve the university with passion, honour and pride;
WHEREAS, that the said fund is only intended/appropriated to finance the construction of comfort room.
NOW THEREFORE, upon motion by the SSC Vice President.MR. JAKE B. MARIANO and duly seconded by SSC AUDITOR, LEONEIL JHON P. JULITO;
RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved, to approve the release of the said amount;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution be furnished to the office of the Executive Officerfor approval;
