1) The Municipal Government of Jalajala through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-Three Pesos and 55/100 (Php 499, 823.55) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Proposed Concreting of Teodoro St., (Phase 2), Brgy. Third District, Jalajala, Rizal. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
