The City Government of Olongapo, through the 20% Development Fund to apply Two Million Six Hundred Seventy Three Thousand Pesos Only (P/2, 673, 000.00) the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Proposed Concreting of Road with Drainage System at Cleopatra Street (Kauffman - Acacia), Barangay Gordon Heights, Olongapo City OC-121 (CEO-37) 24 CW. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
