1. The LGU of Silago, Province of Southern Leyte, through the LBP - LOAN, intends to apply the sum of Twenty Seven Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P27, 500, 000.00), being the Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Proposed 40, 000 Heads Tunnel Vent Poultry House for Sustainable Poultry Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU of Silago, Province of Southern Leyte, now invites bids for the Proposed 40, 000 Heads Tunnel Vent Poultry House for Sustainable Poultry Project. Completion of the Works is required within 180 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
