Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROPOSED SUPPLY, DELIVERY & INSTALLATION OF 135-KW GRID-TIED SOLAR PV SYSTEM
1. The Barangay Ayala Alabang, through its 2025 continuing appropriation Budget, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos Only (P 3, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the said project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Ayala Alabang now invites bids for the Proposed Supply, Delivery & Installation of 135kw grid tied solar pv system. Service duration is required within (90) calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
