Tender are invited for PROPOSAL TO AMEND A STATE AIRPORT LAND LEASE: The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to change the authorized uses of Lease ADA-50929, Lots 4B, Block 300, consisting of approximately 6, 997 square feet, at King Salmon Airport, to expire May 15, 2027. Applicant: Jason H Lazore. Annual rent: $1, 777.24. Authorized uses: Aeronautical - Operation and maintenance of a recreational cabin and floating aircraft dock; parking of aircraft; loading and unloading of supplies and passengers for aircraft transportation; air taxi, lodge taxi, and charter services; storage of materials, freight and equipment for airlifting; parking and operations of recreational equipment and boats; and vehicle parking in support of these uses.
