Expression of Interest are invited for Proposal to Support the Evolution of “Pico Y Placa Solidario” into a Congestion Charging
Description: Develop a technical, financial and technological proposal to support the evolution of the transportation demand management strategy “Pico y Placa Solidario” into a congestion charging scheme, aiming at mitigating traffic congestion in in the area of influence of Bogota-s First Metro Line Bogota construction works, as well as achieving secondary objectives such as increasing the use of sustainable modes of transport, reducing local and global air emissions, increasing road safety, generating revenues for public transportation, and increasing equity between users of public and private travel modes.
NOTES
Following this invitation for EOI, a shortlist of qualified firms will be formally invited to submit proposals. Shortlisting and selection will be subject to the availability of funding.
Only those firms which have been shortlisted will be invited to participate in the RFP phase. No notification or debrief will be provided to firms which have not been shortlisted
