Dear Sir / Dear Madam, We are pleased to write to you in order to request the presentation of a Proposal for the provision of "Consulting services for the design and execution of a national survey on climate change (ENCC2020)" in the preparation of your Proposal, please use and fill out the attached form in Annex 2.
