Description
Comprehensive construction works for Club House, Tool Room, Generator Room, and Security Room including demolition; excavation, backfilling, and compaction; anti-termite treatment; plain and reinforced concrete for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, stairs, and plinths; reinforcement works; masonry (brick, block, rubble); damp-proofing and floor build-ups; waterproofing to wet and exposed areas with 10-year warranty; internal/external plastering; tile, SPC/vinyl flooring and skirting; internal and external painting; architectural ceilings and cladding (gypsum, timber, PVC, aluminum); generator room insulated roofing and GI steel framing; sealants and expansion joints; complete coordination, safety, cleaning, and handover. All works shall comply with BS/SLS standards, drawings, BOQ, SOW, and Engineer-s instructions. 2 years comprehensive warranty for material and workmanship.
