Property management Stockholm The contract refers to three (3) full-time operating technicians during regular working hours, at 07.00 - 16.00, excluding weekends Monday-Friday. The contractor must also provide service vehicles for use in work within the Contract. The contractor shall provide operating technicians year-round, even during holiday periods. The property operation will mainly be carried out in buildings within the Stockholm Port buildings, but if necessary it may be relevant that work is carried out in Nynäshamn harbour, Norvik harbor and Kapellskärs port. The contract also refers to on-call services, outside regular working hours, for Stockholm's inner-city ports, the port of Nynäshamn and the port of Norvik. Option 1: The Port of Stockholm has the option to trigger one (1) option regarding one (1) operating technician. The working hours will be full-time during regular working hours, at 07.00 - 16.00, excluding weekends Monday-Friday. Work will be carried out in the Customer's ports, i.e. Ports of Stockholm, Port of Nynäshamn, Port of Norvik and Port of Kapellskär. Option 2: The Port of Stockholm has the option of triggering one (1) option regarding call-out to Kapellskär port. This procurement is not divided into contract areas. The customer intends to sign a Contract with one (1) Contractor. The basis for evaluation is the most economically advantageous tender based on price The contract's estimated turnover is seven million two hundred thousand (7, 200, 000) Swedish kronor/year.
