Habitat Boreal Inc.Request for ProposalHabitat Boreal Inc. invites sealed tenders for the provision of on-site Property Management Services of twenty-two (22) hours per week and Maintenance Services thirty (30) hours per week. Habitat Boreal Inc. is a non-profit housing funded by the City of Greater Sudbury. The services are to be provided on-site at 2146 Highgate Road, Sudbury, ON P3B 4H4 and various other locations in the Sudbury area. The proposal is for a three (3) year term beginning October 1, 2026. The contract may be extended for a further two (2) years on a year by year basis and based on a yearly satisfactory Performance Evaluation and approval from the Service Manager.Tenders will be received until 4 pm local time, Monday August 3, 2026, by Habitat Boreal Inc., c/o City of Greater Sudbury, Housing Services, 199 Larch Street, Suite 603, Sudbury, ON P3E 5P9, or by email at [email protected].
