Property management and maintenance system The Municipality of Amsterdam is investigating the possibilities for realizing, implementing and managing a Real Estate Management and Maintenance System and therefore wants to test and investigate which possibilities in the market survey. to implement such a system and what costs are involved. The municipality of Amsterdam also wants to gain insight into the phasing of such a replacement, the duration of the phases and the structure of the costs. Important i.v.
