The municipality intends to acquire property services for the maintenance of properties. The service intended to be purchased refers to the supervision and maintenance of internal technical spaces as well as the exterior in the form of roofs, roof irrigation and facades on our properties. Currently, it is about 13 preschools, ten schools, one municipal building, a service center, three nursing homes, two LSS residences and a day-to-day business. In addition to this, there are 14 cultural, leisure and sports facilities such as open-air farms, riding stables, clubhouses, sports fields, community centers, sports halls and day activity facilities. There will be 45 properties in total the current situation. The properties are all within Upplands-Bro municipality. The majority of them are in the urban areas of Bro and Kungsangen.
We are looking for flexible solutions for our needs, as the need for services may increase progressively during the course of the agreement. Emphasis will be placed on quality in the execution of the undertaking.
