OBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT The object of the procurement is the property technical maintenance, repair and maintenance services of CSC - Tieteen vitoteknika keskus Oy's data centers in Kajaani: real estate services) and other similar tasks related to real estate maintenance determined and separately ordered by CSC.- Monitoring (monitoring services 24/7) and stand-by tasks (24/7 on-call for response time) related to the real estate maintenance of data centers. Services is mainly performed in the premises of CSC's Kajaani data centers, which are located in Kajaani in the Renfors Ranta business area at Tehdaskatu 15, RATA-rakennus, 87100 Kajaani. If the Subscriber uses other equipment or storage facilities in the area, it can order services for them as well. The service will be used for the LUMI data center facilities that are already in use at the start of the service and for the LUMI AI data center facilities (LAIFDC) that will be commissioned in 2027. The scope, purpose of use and the most important equipment of all facilities the quantities are detailed in the tender request attachments 5 Premises and equipment_LUMI and 6 Premises and equipment_LAIFDC. For security reasons, technical material and floor plans of the data center facilities are not distributed as an attachment to the tender request.
